When a single day isn't enough. Momentum is a multi-day engagement that allows more time, depth, and synergy – because once you hit your stride we will stay with you to bring it all together.
- Two full days of in-person preparation (up to 12 hours total)
- Focus on two areas:
- One main plaintiff
- Two supporting witnesses (approx. 3 hours each)
- 2–4 hours of pre-visit review and planning
- Strategic deliverable tailored to scope (approx. 3–6 pages)
- Up to 2 hours of follow-up support
The extended format allows Monica to stay overnight and work with you, your team, and witnesses over two days. That momentum—without rushing—means deeper breakthroughs, better preparation, and the space to pivot if needed.

A Note About Timing
Sandbar engagements are most effective with enough time to act on insights. We do
not accept sessions less than 30 days before trial, as the compressed window
doesn’t allow for meaningful preparation. If you’re under the 30-day mark, we’re happy
to connect and help plan ahead for the next case.
